8:00 - 8:40am Everyone must first check in on the first floor office and you will be escorted to the 5th floor.
Plan to be at HSPVA for the entire time 8:40-3:30 as there are two separate Blocks of Junior and Seniors : 8:40-11:40 AM + 12:30- 3:30 PM
8:00-8:40 Breakfast coffee, juice and bagels available from am in room 506.
11:40-12:30 Lunch generously hosted by our parents and will be served in our gallery on the 2nd floor. so you can have a little break!
The day ends at 3:30.
If you have any special needs, feel free to apprise us of those as well. We will do whatever we can to help. We look forward to your visit, and we appreciate the efforts you make to visit our students at HSPVA. The time and information you share with our students and with us is invaluable.
This time is for reviewing portfolios only. If you would like to visit and conduct a presentation later in the fall or in the spring, we will make efforts to accommodate you.
